St. Paul hip-hoppers Heiruspecs drew an enthusiastic crowd full of smiles Saturday to First Avenue to celebrate the band’s new, self-titled CD. The band built a name early in its life as much by backing Atmosphere and Brother Ali as through its own shows. 3-Minute Egg puts you on stage and backstage, where chief vocalist and lyricist Felix talked about the band’s evolution and ties to St. Paul.
