Live Action Set, the breakout hit of the Fringe Festival a few years back with Please Don’t Blow Up Mr. Boban, has built a fast name and unique niche on the local theater scene with textural, visual, physical theater. The quartet held open auditions for chorus roles in its next show, My Father’s Bookshelf, a look at Alzheimer’s Disease. 3-Minute Egg takes you to the audition in the first of three Eggs we’ll produce to document the making and staging of this show, premiering June 18 in the Guthrie’s Dowling Studio.
