John Alspach is a local artist who has found his way professionally by finding homes for his work and others in the local condo market. 3-Minute Egg takes you to the 26th floor of the Sky Scape condos in downtown Minneapolis, where Alspach recently teamed with a Minneapolis real estate broker to throw “Open Sky” — an open house and art exhibition rolled into one.
