About Matt Peiken

A founder of Opine Season, Matt Peiken spent 10 years as an arts/features staff writer at the St. Paul Pioneer Press and a year editing the Walker Art Center's magazine before launching his own path. Peiken created the video arts program 3-Minute Egg and the online classical music magazine MNuet. In fall 2012, he produced his first long-form video documentary, "God Votes No."

    I love the EGG! It helps me stay in touch with the Minnesota art scene/seen — I moved to Massachusetts 2 years ago and still miss my beloved Twin Cities.
