Send press releases to 3-Minute Egg

3-Minute Egg focuses on Twin Cities performance, visual and literary artists creating/producing new, original work. That means we look for theater companies staging work by local playwrights, dance companies producing work from local choreographers, readings that feature local poets and authors.

We look for projects that can welcome us into artists’ creative processes. We want to know what you’re up to — shows, performances, festivals, readings and exhibitions on the horizon. Send all press releases to news(at)3minuteegg.org.

Hire Matt to document your art

Not every artist or artwork can make it into a 3-Minute Egg video. But you can also HIRE Matt Peiken to produce a video on whatever it is you’re doing. Post it on your own blog or Web site. Distribute it online or on DVDs — however you wish. The video belongs to you.

Why hire Matt? He’s an accomplished arts journalist who can get to the heart of your work in a way you couldn’t imagine on your own. Also, Matt works as a one-man band, and he can produce videos at a fraction of the cost of hiring a production crew to do the same work.

Matt’s production calendar fills quickly, so contact him now to talk details and schedule a shoot. Send an email with the subject line HIRE THE EGG to matt(at)3minuteegg.org.
