David Brauer, media blogger for MinnPost, has a nice writeup on 3-Minute Egg today hinged to the Egg’s debut this Saturday as a half-hour program on the Minnesota Channel of TPT.
Also, Cathy Wurzer hosted a great segment of TPT’s Almanac last week that teased the debut and ran a clip from the first episode.
Look for another piece of press in the A&E Live section of Friday’s Pioneer Press!
And just so you don’t miss it yourself, make sure to watch or TiVo the debut: 9 pm Saturday, with repeats 3 am, 9 am and 3 pm Sunday. You’ll find the MN Channel of TPT here: Comcast St. Paul channel 243, Comcast Minneapolis channel 202, Mediacom channel 102, and over-the-air digital broadcast channel 2-2.
In the premiere, you’ll see a basket of Eggs featuring James Sewell Ballet, author Nicole Helget, printmaking fellows at the Highpoint Center for Printmaking, Theatre Unbound’s 24-Hour Play Project, an all-cello program from the Bakken Trio and the 35th anniversary “Jubilee” from Ethnic Dance Theatre. New half-hour episodes of 3-Minute Egg air on TPT every Saturday/Sunday through August 29.
The Egg’s run on TPT is a wonderful opportunity to boost your business or arts organization by sponsoring 3-Minute Egg. Be seen by the tens of thousands who tune in, and also by the hundreds of artists and arts supporters who are regulars to the Egg online. Click here for details!
