Zhauna Franks has danced with Ballet of the Dolls since Myron Johnson formed the company two decades ago. She also manages to step out occasionally to produce her own works. Her latest is The Dream Channel, Episode 2 — a sequel, of sorts, to Franks’ dance-theater take on film noir and 1950s television. 3-Minute Egg stepped into a rehearsal at the Ritz Theatre, where the show runs February 5-14.
